I had always admired the relationship of the distant mountains, to the sloped barn, to the birthing birch tree. After a blizzard of snow set into this Dorset Vermont Hollow, I knew by natures perfection, that the moment had come.

I photographed “Cross Roads” using one of my favorite films, Kodak HIE to better establish the mood in the landscape, and the relationship of the path, barn and dream like surroundings.

In a distant and remote land in the mountains of Peru, I came across the “Closed Doors”. I’m an appreciator of primitive architecture, passageways and metaphors.
